Gift Certificate is available for purchase from The Cendana Spa through on-site, on-line or telephone; it is a stress free solution to that 'last minute' gift. You may choose a treatment of your preference or you could just simply nominate the dollar value of the Gift Certificate should you find it hard to decide the type of treatment you want.

Terms & Conditions :

• Due to the popularity of the Gift Certificate, please allow 3 to 5 working days to arrange delivery to recipient.
• Any cancellation made within 24 hrs of scheduled treatment will reduce 50% of the Gift Certificate value.
• Failure to keep an appointment will automatically void the Gift Certificate.
• We will accommodate any request for change of treatment (other than the one specified on the Gift Certificate) at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• The Gift Certificate must be presented on the day of treatment/ appointment.
• The Gift Certificate is not redeemable for cash.
• The Gift Certificate is valid for 6 months from date-of-purchase.
• The Gift Certificate is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The Gift Certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other on-going promotion or offer.
• The Cendana Spa will not bear any responsibility for (electronic) delivery delays caused by malfunction or technical problem encountered by customer’s email system, which may result in the untimely delivery of the Gift Certificate (e.g. spam mails, virus, etc.)
• The Cendana Spa reserves the right to cancel/ void the Gift Certificate should any of the above terms & conditions failed to be met.
