Spa Policies

1. Should I make a reservation for my treatments?

We highly recommend that you make your booking for your treatment in advance. If you are a walk-in customer we shall try to accommodate you depending upon schedule availability. To secure a booking a minimum of 20% deposit is required for any treatment above one hour. Deposit can be made by credit card, cash deposit, bank transfer and company cheque (please allow three working days until the fund is credited into our account).
Deposit is not refundable for any cancellation made within 24 hours prior to the appointment.


2. What if I need to cancel my reservation?

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment a minimum of 24 hours notice is required before the appointment.
Any cancellation or rescheduling that is made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee from the total treatment value.
"No show" appointments are charged at full price of treatment booking.


3. When should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to unwind and enjoy a freshly made herbal drinks in our spa lounge. Arriving late will shorten your spa treatment.


4. What should I wear?

For hygiene and comfort, we provide our guest with spa attire including robe, pajamas, slipper, shower cap and disposable underwear. For privacy throughout your treatment, non treated areas will be discreetly draped with a towel/sheet.


5. Can I request a male or a female therapist?

Please inform us in advance (when you make bookings) on your therapist preference. We shall try to accommodate your request.


6. Can I bring my valuables?

We highly recommend our guest not to wear/ bring any jewellery or other valuables during treatment.
The CendanaSpa takes no responsibility for any loss of money or valuables while on the spa premises.


7. How can I ensure a wonderful & safe spa experience?

Before beginning your treatment, please inform our manager or massage therapist any particular restriction/ preference in order to determine the most suitable treatment for you.
If you have any medical condition such as high blood pressure, allergies or pregnancy please consult your doctor prior to your spa treatment.


8. Should men shave before a facial?

For the best results we recommend that men shave a few hours before their facial.


9. Spa Etiquette

Please respect the peacefulness and privacy of other spa guests, kindly turn off your mobile phone and make as little noise as possible.
